When you contact RIS, we collect your email address and message. You may also choose to provide your role and café or company name. Our web host may record basic technical information, such as an IP address and request details, in its server logs.
We use the information you provide only to read and respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, take steps connected with a possible business relationship. We do not add you to a mailing list, use your details for marketing, profile you, or make automated decisions about you.
This website is hosted by STRATO. Our host may receive basic technical information, such as your IP address and request details. The Commissioner typeface is served directly from this website; loading it does not send a request to Google Fonts. If you email us, your message is processed by the email services involved in delivering it to our inbox. Information may therefore be processed or stored outside the Philippines. We do not send inquiry details to a mailing-list service.
We normally keep ordinary inquiries for no longer than 12 months after the conversation ends. We may keep information longer where it is needed for an active business relationship, to comply with law, or to establish or defend legal claims.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information and limit access to those who need it to respond to inquiries. No method of sending or storing information online can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
